Cooking Instructions
* Put the ribs in a stew pot and cover with cold water
* Bring to a rolling boil and then adjust to a slowm boil
* Partially cover and keep ribs covered with water
* Allow the ribs to simmer for about one hour, checking after an hour and a half to see if it is tender
* When ribs are ready, reduce heat. Pour off any foamy sedimeant from the water
