Do you ship to Canada / Mexico? Unfortunately we are not able to ship outside the US and its territories at this time due to customs issues. We can ship anywhere in the US and its territories, including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. When do you Ship ? All our items are shipped so they are received within two day transit time; we ship Monday thru Wednesday for guaranteed two day delivery. We also ship Thursday and Friday for next day / Saturday delivery. If you order on Thursday or Friday with a 2-Day shipping option, we will hold your order until Monday so it does not spend Saturday and Sunday in an unrefrigerated warehouse. Will my perishables survive transit? All our meats are vacuum sealed, we then pack them with freezer packs/dry ice and bubble wrap to keep them cold inside a sealed FDA approved Styrofoam container. What carriers do you ship through? We primarily ship through UPS. How is shipping calculated? Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package and the zip code we are shipping to by UPS. We do not add to the UPS charges, we also do not charge any handling fees. Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and business? Yes. For specifications, please e-mail sales@tommymoloneys.com with a description of your business and your needs and we will send you a wholesale application. This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip? No, the packing slip only includes a list of what products are in the package, the address we are shipping to, and who the gift is from.
