Cooking Instructions
Frying
* Place the sausages on a preheated non stick skillet and spray with a little cooking spray.
* Cook on a low-med heat turning the sausages every few mins.
Grilling
Grilling adds a wonderful flavor to the sausages and is a favourite cooking method especially in the summer.
* Cook over a low flame using a gas grill, and cook slowly to prevent the skins from bursting.
For a charcoal grill, wait until the charcoal has some white ash and is not too hot.
