Domestic Shipping Information
To ensure that all our perishable products are received in top physical condition, we ship all orders using dry ice and an insulated cooler bag. The products are then placed inside a heavy duty corrugated box to make sure you are receiving the freshest delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the box when it is delivered and place the frozen items in your freezer immediately upon arrival.
We guarantee the meat to arrive frozen (occasionally, some thawing of the outer edges may be present, however, as long as the packages are still very cold - <40 degrees F it is still fine). As long as it is delivered as scheduled by the shipper and received by you directly, we take full responsibility for the product; however, if you do not receive the product directly from the delivery person and the product sits outside in the heat, we can not take responsibility for the product.
Perishable shipments are unfortunately not insurable. We have very seldom had problems with shipment, but it can occur regardless of what shipper or shipping method we use. Please be available for your shipment so that you receive your items in the condition that was expected.
Order by Wednesday at 1pm and receive the following day. All orders placed after Wednesday at 1pm will be shipped the following Monday. We do not have 3 Day Ground or 3 Day Select on Wednesday.
UPS Two-Day Ground
The following states are shipped via Two-Day Ground: NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, ME, VT, PA, MI, IN, OH, KY, TN, WV, VA, DE, MD, NC, SC, Some areas in GA and some areas in IL
UPS Three-Day Ground
The following states can be shipped via Three-Day Ground: FL, AL, AR, MO, KS, IA, MN, WI, East NE and North East TX, Some areas in GA and some areas in IL.
Please note that during the warmer months we may not offer Three-Day Ground.
UPS Three-Day Select
The following states can be shipped via Three-Day Select: ND, SD, NE, CO, NM, AZ, TX, OK, UT, WY, MT, WA, OR, CA, NV, ID.

The Fine Print
Please note that we only ship within the continental United States.
When you order from us, we obtain the information we need to complete your transaction. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, with expiration date and billing address), recipients name, address and phone number and any promotional code information. If you are a registered user and have signed in when you enter this information, it will automatically be saved in your profile for ease of reference. This information is gathered to make your shopping experience as a registered user as quick and easy as possible.
From your transactions and interactions with us, we obtain information concerning the specific products or services you purchase or use. Should you need to contact us via email, we will need your email address to respond and you may also be requested to provide us with additional information to help us answer your question.

Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, as long as you alert us to the details of the problem within 3 business days of having received your order.
