Purchased after a trip to Ireland where I was fortunate to try Cabbage and Bacon. Wonderful experience. "Bacon" is a misnomer - it's
really a large chunk of pork sliced thick afer boiling properly. Plenty of recipes on teh Web - a must-try if for no other reason than that it's
