Our origional recipe Back Bacon is cured with Tommy Moloneys origional cures dating back to the 1920's. This bacon is 65 % less fat than American Bacon and also comes Applewood Smoked.

I found this bacon in the A & P ... it's very hard to find this English/Irish type bacon ... it's mild but tasty and hardly shrinks when cooked...
in short it's fabulous so different to the streaky type bacon that is usually available in the US.rnI've since ordered it directly along with the
