Moved to the US from Australia 10 years ago. Have tried all types and brands of "Corned Beef". NONE came anywhere near what I was used to.
Usually known as "Silverside". Tommy Moloney has the best by far, exactly what I was searching. Also, he has Bacon almost like what I am
used to. In Australia we had a full rasher which is basically what Tommy has plus what the US calls bacon.
