I have been a fan Of Tommy Molonys bacon, ham & black Pudding for years but not so with sausage. I found the gourmet selction dry and
uninteresting and the Cumberland I just purchased a travesty. The casings seem to be edible plastic and the contents a pureed mush with little flavor.
Not at all like home. I suggest that the sausage maker visit the English butcher in the Village for a reality check. Of the 5ibs we bought we tried
four sausage and the rest now grace the garbage. Zero stars

Love Tommy's, love the prices, service and wonderful staff. Just not crazy about these sausages. There is too much sage for our taste. It dominates
the sausage, and I think we should be able to taste a bit of nutmeg. And, as with the other sausages, too salty. We'll stick to the bangers, I
think.
