Product Information & Preparation Instructions
On the Stove
Place the bacon in a single layer on a pre heated lightly greased skillet
Cook on a medium heat
Cooking time: 7-9 mins or to the desired crispness
On the Grill or Broiled
Place bacon on a baking sheet under pre-heated grill or broiler
Cooking time: 7-9 mins or to the desired crispness

Is this the bacon you find in stores across the UK? Or the Americanized version? I miss English Bacon!!

Hi Angela,
Thanks for your question! The Irish bacon is the same as the UK, more so the Applewood-Smoked as they use more smoked bacon in the UK. In Ireland, the best seller is the Rasher bacon which is not smoked, and we carry both kinds.
