Slice the Black pudding in ½ inch slices
Place into a pre heated skillet with a little cooking oil
Cook for about 4 minutes turning each side until a little crisp

Your black pudding is delicious! Like the bacon do not over cook! Over cooking of both Irish bacon and black pudding seems to be an American failing even in “Irish” restaurants.

I’ve been a Tommy Moloney’s customer for some years. I have just opened my latest shipment of black pudding and irish breakfast sausages and I have to say they are absolutely outstanding! This is very much like the black pudding I enjoyed last March in County Cork. I suspect that this case won’t last long and I’ll be looking for another order!
