Every meal that contains Tommy Moloney’s smoked salmon is a must-try in your kitchen.
Ingredients
- 8 large baking potatoes
- 1 pound of chopped Tommy Moloney’s smoked salmon
- ½ cup of shredded Parmesan
- 3 cups of shredded Swiss, or to taste
- heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Once the oven is heated, bake the potatoes at 400°F until they soften.
Step 2
While the potatoes are still warm, use your fingers and a spoon to scoop out the insides into a large mixing bowl. Don’t cut the potatoes with a knife; you should crumble them with fingers.
Step 3
Using your fingers, mix Tommy Moloney’s smoked salmon, Parmesan and half of the Swiss into the bowl with warm potatoes. Then, you should scoop them into a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish. Top this with the other half of the Swiss and pour heavy cream over casserole.
Bake it at 350°F until the cheese melts.
Tip: You can make this dish ahead of time and refrigerate it.
